How many users can access Superchat?

In principle, there is no limit here. Each package includes a number of users. For example, the Professional package includes 10 users. If you need additional accesses, you can add employees for a small additional fee.

Are there any costs for sending messages?

Accepted Answer

Not directly, at Superchat a conversation is the exchange of messages between you and your customers within a period of 24 hours. Once you contact a customer or respond to a customer inquiry, a 24-hour time window opens, during which you can send as many messages as you like. After the 24 hours, another conversation opens. Each package includes all contact-initiated conversations per month for free. The conversations only relate to WhatsApp. Through all other communication channels, you can send as many messages and have conversations as you want. For SMS, we pass the message costs onto our customers.

Can I connect my landline or 0800 number to Superchat?

Of course! You can bring your own landline and mobile number to use WhatsApp. 0800 numbers also work as long as you can receive a confirmation code over the phone via the number.
