Are there any costs for sending messages?

Not directly, in Superchat a conversation is the exchange of messages between you and your customers within a 24 hour period. As soon as you contact a customer, or are contacted, a 24 hour window opens where they can send as many messages as they want. At the end of the 24 hours, another conversation opens. In each package 1000 conversations per month are included for free. The conversations refer only to the messaging channels WhatsApp

How many users can use Superchat?

Basically, there is no limit here. There is a number of users per package. For example, the Pro Package includes 10 users. If you need more accesses, you can add employees for a small additional fee.
