How many users can use Superchat?

Basically, there is no limit here. There is a number of users per package. For example, the Pro Package includes 10 users. If you need more accesses, you can add employees for a small additional fee.

Are there any costs for sending messages?

Not directly, in Superchat a conversation is the exchange of messages between you and your customers within a 24 hour period. Once you contact a customer, or respond to a customer inquiry, a 24 hour window opens up where they can send as many messages as they want. At the end of the 24 hours, another conversation opens. Each package includes 1000 conversations per month for free. The conversations refer to WhatsApp only. On all other communication channels, you can send as many messages and have as many conversations as you want. For SMS, we pass on the prices per message to our customers.

Can I connect my landline or 0800 number to Superchat?

Of course! You can bring your own landline and mobile number to use WhatsApp. 0800 numbers also work as long as you can receive a confirmation code over the phone via the number.

The message limit is based on rules of Meta. You can prepare your number step by step for bigger and bigger campaigns. Of course, our experts will always be at your side.
