Your responsibilities:
- You develop a deep technical understanding of our product and become a key point of contact for our customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle
- You take ownership and support our customers from onboarding onwards, helping them use Superchat successfully and solve challenges together
- You address our customers’ needs with empathy and expertise, advising them on new features, product updates, and how to achieve their goals with Superchat
- You gain a strong understanding of how customers use our product, actively collect feedback, and proactively contribute to the further development of our software
- You collaborate on cross-team projects that take our customer experience to the next level
About you:
- You have recently completed your studies and ideally gained some experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or a similar field
- During your studies, you preferably gained your first touchpoints in B2B or SaaS environments
- You bring a strong curiosity for tech and enjoy exploring new tools and systems
- You have strong English skills (native or near-native), both written and spoken
- German skills are a plus
- You work in a structured manner, take a high level of ownership, and stand out through strong organizational skills
- You have strong critical thinking skills that enable you to analyze complex situations and make well-founded decisions quickly and effectively

Zum Abschluss wirst du eine Case Study bearbeiten, um einen besseren Eindruck von der Rolle zu bekommen und deine Fähigkeiten zu zeigen. Hierfür laden wir dich zu einem einstündigen Besuch in unser Office ein, wo du dein zukünftiges Team und weitere wichtige Personen persönlich kennenlernen kannst.

Sobald alles passt, werden wir den Vertrag finalisieren und dir alle nötigen Informationen zukommen lassen.
