(Junior) Revenue Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

  • On-site
  • Full-time
  • Fluent English
At Superchat, you work on the future of business communication. We value innovation, team spirit, and initiative. Become part of a dynamic team that brings about real change every day and grows together!

At Superchat, we're rebuilding how businesses talk to their customers. The phone call, the contact form, the support ticket: all of it is being replaced by messaging and AI. We're building the platform that runs underneath.

Founded in 2020, Superchat has become the platform of choice for 10,000+ businesses worldwide, from globally recognized brands like Allianz, Auto1, Enpal, Danone, and GASAG to the small businesses, dental practices, and one-person startups that need to look bigger than they are. Today, millions of messages flow through Superchat every single day.

We started as a unified inbox: one place for every channel a customer might pick, WhatsApp, email, SMS, Instagram. Then ChatGPT happened, and the second chapter began: AI agents that respond across chat, email, and voice at the quality of the best human teams.

We're 100 people, profitable, and have raised €18M in funding (last round 4.5 years ago, we've been growing on our own money since). Headquartered in Berlin.

As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly - maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting the systems and tools (like HubSpot and Chargebee) that the business relies on every day. You make sure processes work as they're supposed to, catching issues early and keeping things reliable for the teams who depend on them.

Who We Want

Systems Thinker.

You naturally see inefficient processes and think about how to redesign them into scalable, automated systems.

Hands-on Builder.

You've owned CRM systems, built workflows, fixed data issues, and enjoy solving operational problems end-to-end.

Ownership Mentality.

You take responsibility for outcomes, proactively identify problems, and follow through until they're solved.

Data-Driven Operator.

You use data to make decisions, value accuracy, and understand the importance of high-quality CRM data.

Process-Oriented.

You enjoy documentation, governance, and creating repeatable processes that scale across the business.

Curious & Adaptable.

You learn new tools quickly, embrace AI, and enjoy experimenting with new technologies and ways of working.

Collaborative Communicator.

You work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver solutions.

You are fluent in written and spoken English; German is a plus.

Who We Don’t Want

Surface-Level Operator.

You've used CRM and AI tools but lack hands-on experience building automations, configuring systems, or solving operational problems end-to-end.

Limited Business Acumen.

You struggle to understand cross-functional GTM processes and how operational decisions impact the wider business.

Passive AI User.

You use tools like ChatGPT or Claude for simple tasks but don't think critically about how AI can automate workflows, improve efficiency, or create leverage.

Weak Communicator.

You're unable to communicate ideas clearly, influence stakeholders, or translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable recommendations.
