How we got started...
Since Superchat was founded in 2020, the world of communication has changed - and so has Superchat. The idea for Superchat was born from an everyday situation that frustrates many consumers. Yilmaz and Mika kept running into problems when contacting their tax advisor. The phone was always busy, emails were left unanswered and other communication channels weren't even offered. Whilst looking for a solution it became clear that existing tools were primarily tailored to enterprise customers. No attention was paid to small and medium-sized businesses, although these are the backbone of our economy. There was no suitable and affordable solution meeting the needs of medical practices, finance and insurance offices, car dealerships and similar companies. And so the idea was born to develop a platform that combines relevant channels and makes the interaction between companies and customers as convenient as possible. A platform that provides SMEs with the tools they need to build authentic customer relationships and stay competitive in the future. From a universal inbox and a tool for managing reviews, Superchat turned into a comprehensive messaging suite that adapts to the needs of businesses. Our omnichannel solution helps businesses streamline their communications, build better customer relationships, and leverage their full messenger marketing potential. Superchat continues to evolve and grow alongside companies across a wide range of industries. The vision is to design a platform that brings together businesses and individuals across the entire customer journey, from the first touchpoint to payment via chat and far beyond.
